This full-time hourly position is open for immediate hiring, with compensation reflecting the breadth of your experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including but not limited to: Excavators, Dozers, Skid Steers, Mini Excavators, and Front-End Loaders.
  • Strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct maintenance checks and perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Manage and execute miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency in equipment operation.
  • Accurately complete required documentation and operate within the guidelines of the company’s policies.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, operating, and maintenance instructions and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operating heavy equipment.
  • Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures.
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required).
  • Ability to pass a drug screening test.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to perform various duties as assigned.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to understand and follow operating and maintenance instructions.
