About Dunham Inc:

Since the mid-1980s, Twin Cities’ businesses and individuals have trusted us for quality and reliable recycling services. We offer comprehensive metal and wood recycling services, along with trucking and dumpster rental to cater to our customers’ construction needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks including brakes, tires, wiring, etc.
  • Execute basic and routine preventative maintenance on vehicles, along with DOT inspectionsRepair or replace vehicle components
    Manage repair orders using company-issued iPad
  • Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck
  • Accurately complete DOT forms and other documentation in a timely fashion
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, working efficiently within or close to most Standard Repair Time (SRT) guidelines

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years Diesel Technician experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • CDL-A preferred but not required
  • Proficient with iPad and associated apps for documentation and email communication
  • Must provide own hand tools adequate for job functions
  • Proficient computer skills for software navigation to document repairs and use email
  • Must pass a drug test
